It is critical that the nutritional demands are met with a properly formulated and fortified line of feeds that provide optimal nutritional support. Our Performance line ensures the calories they consume provide the fuel they need. These feeds are a mix of quality oils, optimal vitamin and mineral levels and high quality fibers like beet pulp. The combination makes for a palatable, yet nutritionally balanced feed, the perfect fuel for these athletes.

About This Feed

Formulated with fat and digestible fiber to support the equine athlete.This feed has added beet pulp and a higher fat content for mature horses in heavy training or for horses that need to gain weight.

Feeding Directions

Performance 12^® is intended to be fed to mature horses that are in training or that need to gain weight. Feed at the rate of 0.5 to 1.5 lb per 100 lb of body weight per day, split into at least two feedings.

All Excel Equine^® horse feeds should be fed with liberal quantities of good quality hay and/or pasture and free choice salt. Provide clean, fresh water at all times. Store feed in a clean, dry place protected from insects and rodents. Never feed moldy or insect infested feed to horses as it may cause illness, digestive upset or death.
